Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-inputgroup-027-* variables. Client-side: "use client" for the sake of the number and the unit state. The «₽ / %» switch is a segmented group of two buttons with aria-pressed inside the field's shared frame. Changing the unit does not recompute the number, it only changes its meaning and the hint caption; the field's max attribute is adjusted for percent alone, so a discount above 100% cannot be entered.
