No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in Range Guard?
Adapt: the legend copy, defaultFrom and defaultTo; the name prop — both form field names are built from it; the min and max props for your own range. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-inputgroup-036-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the box-shadow on the group instead of a border on the halves — a shadow does not double in width when collapsed and colours the whole group; the fieldset with a legend: this is one value made of two numbers.
Is Range Guard free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-inputgroup-036-* variables. Client-side: "use client" for the sake of the state of both halves and the order check. Plain numbers have no native min/max that would by itself refuse a «to» smaller than a «from», so the check runs in JS after every change to either half. The error colours the whole group through a box-shadow on the shared frame rather than one half through a border — a «from» without a «to» and a «to» without a «from» are equally incomplete.
