Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-inputgroup-002-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the collapsed borders: neighbours carry a negative margin so the halves share one line instead of two; raising the focused element with z-index — without it the neighbour's border clips half the ring.

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-inputgroup-002-* variables. Server-side: there is no state. On the left there is a native <select> with appearance:none and an arrow made of two gradients, on the right the phone field. The select width is set in ch so that changing the code does not shift the number. The frame is built by collapsing the borders, and the focused element is raised with z-index. The code and the number are submitted as two form fields: `${name}-code` and name.
