Actions on a record: the ordinary ones form one cluster while the irreversible one is pushed out by a gap, its own border and a warning wired through aria-describedby.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the --vibeui-buttongroup-011-* variables. It is a server component: there are no hooks. There are two zones inside: a cluster of safe actions with collapsed borders (margin-inline-start:-1px, rounded corners on the edge ones only) and a separate dangerous button set apart by gap:1.25rem. The gap is part of the protection against a missed tap, not decoration. The warning about irreversibility lies as text under clip-path and is tied to the button through aria-describedby, so it is read aloud together with the name; colour is only an additional channel. The bin glyph is an inline SVG on currentColor.
