Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the --vibeui-buttongroup-022-* variables. It is a client component: useState holds the current value and a step moves the index along the steps array. The scale runs not by an arithmetic step but along a list of familiar values — an even step of five percent would take a dozen clicks. The middle cell is a reset button back to defaultValue; it has min-width:4rem and font-variant-numeric:tabular-nums, so "75 %" and "100 %" take the same space. There is a single border, on the container, and the separators are drawn by button + button {border-inline-start}. The ends of the range grey a button out through disabled, and the focus ring is pulled inside with outline-offset:-2px, otherwise the container border would clip it.
