A playback speed control where the selected segment widens and explains itself in a word while the others shrink to a bare multiplier.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the --vibeui-buttongroup-026-* variables. It is a server component: the choice is held by radios inside a fieldset. The technique is animating flex-grow rather than width: the selected segment's share grows to 2.4, and the shares always add up to the track, so the group does not jitter and does not run outside its border. The caption is hidden by a zero max-width with overflow:hidden rather than display:none — that is what allows it to be revealed smoothly. The values are set in tabular figures, every segment has flex:1 1 0 and min-width:0, otherwise "1.5×" would claim more than "1×". The prefers-reduced-motion rule kills both the slide and the reveal.
