Technical notes

One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-togglegroup-014-* palette. Client component: useState for the priority, useState for the id of the open tooltip, useId for the identifier prefix and a useRef on the list of buttons for the roving tabindex. The tooltip is a span with role="tooltip", linked through aria-describedby only while it is shown: not a permanent reference to a hidden node but an honest absence of a description when the tooltip is not on screen. Escape closes an open tooltip without moving focus.
