FAQ

How do I add Task Filter Group with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Task Filter Group depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in Task Filter Group?
Adapt: the group name through label; the initial filter through defaultValue; the task list through tasks. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-togglegroup-015-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the count computed from the same list rendered below the group, never a hard-coded number; an aria-label like "Active, 12" instead of the caption and badge being read separately.
Is Task Filter Group free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-togglegroup-015-* palette. Client component: useState for the filter and useId for the id of the linked list. The count is not a separate magic number but a .filter().length over the shared task array: the figure on a segment and the contents of the list after a click always agree. The button's visible text and its aria-label diverge on purpose: on screen "Active" and a "12" badge, and for a screen reader one phrase, "Active, 12".
